By pressing the “Create account” button, you automatically agree to the User Agreement. Before registering, we advise you to study the User Agreement thoroughly and only proceed if you agree.

No, it is not possible. The registration of multiple accounts is not allowed. Please note that if your multiple accounts will be found, your funds may be blocked. It is possible that a third party will use the client’s IP address. In this case, we strongly recommend you to inform our support team about such transactions in order to avoid blocking.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a technology designed to further protect your account and your funds. 2FA will not allow anyone to log into your account even if they know your passwords. We strongly recommend you ещ install the 2FA feature when you register your account.

Download on your Android or iOS smartphone Google Authenticator app from GooglePlay or AppStore respectively.

Enter the "Google Authenticator" tab on the "Settings" page, and get your unique QR code.

Using the Google Authenticator app, scan the QR code and get a digital token.

Copy the token to the "Enter token from APP" field and click Activate 2FA.

Done! Your personal account is protected by 2FA.

To withdraw funds from the Stellary platform we strongly recommend to authorize your cryptocurrency wallets. To do this, go to the page "Wallets".

Fill in the forms on the page.

Specify the cryptocurrency and the address of your cryptocurrency wallet.

Specify (if applicable to your wallet) Destination tag or Memo.

After clicking the "Add" button, the wallet will be authorized and will appear in your list of available wallets. Now you will be able to withdraw your funds on a regular basis.

If you enable 2FA, confirm the operation with the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone.

If you change your wallet address, you will also need 2FA confirmation.

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it on the "Restore access" page. You will need the email address or mobile phone number you used to register.

Enter the current e-mail address and the password recovery data will be sent to it.

In case of registration by phone, automatic recovery is impossible. You should contact support, where you will receive all the necessary instructions.

Stellary platform users register personal accounts, select investment strategies and investment plans and place deposits. The cryptocurrency available on the Stellary platform is used to place deposits. Funds placed on deposits operate on high-yield exchange and over-the-counter cryptocurrency markets. Users receive the returns specified in the investment strategy and investment plan. Profits can be withdrawn into your cryptocurrency wallet or reinvested on the Stellary platform.

Stellary platform ensures transaction security and safety of your funds

Stellary platform is constantly working on improving investment strategies. Currently, the Algorithmic trading strategy is available on the platform:

Algorithmic trading. Trading is carried out by a special trading robot, according to the specified algorithms. Trading is conducted simultaneously on dozens of cryptocurrency exchanges, the most profitable transactions are selected, the decisions are made in a split second.

Algorithmic trading is a particular case of cryptocurrency trading performed by a specialized program which is known as “trading robot”. The robot automatically trades in various cryptocurrency exchanges with no human intervention. The robot chooses the best options for buying and selling cryptocurrencies and in a second carries out trading operations.

Robot’s algorithms use best known cases of successful exchange deals. By analyzing different factors and performing special calculations, the trading robot makes optimal business decisions. There are no mistakes and wrong estimations, the human factor is totally excluded.

Profit is accrued while the deposit is active. The longer the deposit is active, the higher your profit. For example, when you have a deposit amounted $10K, you will get $700 per day during first 10 days. Then during next 10 days, you will get $1K a day. Starting at 31 day you will get $2K per day. It is therefore advantageous to open long-term deposits.

Your profits are accrued every second.

When returning the deposit the commission will be 20%.

The deposit will be refunded in 8 hours after your request.

To open Algorithmic Trading deposit, go to "New Investment" page.

Choose the appropriate cryptocurrency. Choose an investment plan based on the comfortable term and amount of investment. The platform will calculate your profits.

Enter the amount of the deposit. The funds will be charged from your Stellary account. If the funds in the account will be insufficient, you should replenish the account.

After receipt of funds on the deposit, it is activated and the profit begins to accrue.

To replenish your account, the platform will provide you a wallet address. Use it address in your wallet transfer form. Enter Destination tag or Memo if required.

Double check your cryptocurrency’s network.

Funds will be transferred to your account after receiving the necessary confirmation from the network.

To refund your Algorithmic Trading deposit, click "Refund Deposit". At this point, the timer starts counting down. In 8 hours, the funds will be returned to your account.

Within these 8 hours you can stop the refund process, the funds will be returned to the deposit, and the profit accrual will resume.

After your refund request, the instant payments are disabled for 24 hours.

Using the Top Up tab, select the cryptocurrency you intend to top up, enter the amount, and select the network.

Be sure to note the network to which payment to be sent. If an incorrect network is selected, the funds will be lost.

If Destination Tag or Memo is required, please specify them, otherwise funds may be lost.

Press the Continue button, and you will receive the payment details for funding your account. Copy it and use it in your crypto wallet.

Funds will be transferred to your account after receiving the required number of confirmations to the network.

If you have made a payment, but the deposit is not activated, first of all, double check the payment details which you use for funding.

The payment may be delayed due to the blockchain load. In most cases, payment failures are due to incorrect form filling and delays by payment systems. If the deposit has not been activated within 24 hours after payment, we recommend contact support. The problem is likely already being addressed by us.

Withdrawals from the platform are made on the Dashboard "Withdrawal" page. Choose cryptocurrency, enter the amount and specify the address of the wallet. If necessary, specify Destination tag or Memo. Be sure to note the network to which payment is sent. If an incorrect network is selected, the funds will be lost.

If you do not know how to choose the right network, please do not carry out experiments, contact technical support and get professional advice.

If you have Payment Password or Google Authenticator activated, the "Withdrawal confirmation" field will be active. Confirm the withdrawal, and the funds will credit to your account

Stellary platform sets limits on the funding and withdrawal of funds and fee for withdrawals. Current fees are given in the section "Fees". Before withdrawing, check out the fee set for your cryptocurrency. We don’t consider the withdrawal fee as a source of income, all fees are set at a minimum level, based on the policy of payment systems.

In most cases, funds are credited to your account instantly. Stellary platform guarantees to send funds within 24 hours after withdrawal request. If you haven’t received funds within 72 hours, please contact our support team.
